




Job Summary: We are seeking a second-level support technician for labeling across Spain, who will assist domestic customers and propose product improvements to the factory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Second-level technical support for technicians and customers 2. Direct communication with the factory for product improvements 3. Preparation of technical proposals and management of special projects We are looking for a candidate to provide second-level technical support to labeling technicians nationwide. The role also involves supporting domestic customers when incidents arise that require intervention of this level. Responsibilities include direct communication with the factory to propose product improvements and providing technical support during customer meetings when in-depth technical expertise is required. Additionally, the role entails preparing technical proposals and managing special equipment projects jointly with the factory, along with other related duties. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday. Working hours are split between 08:00 and 17:15, including statutory breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Vehicle required to access the workplace. * Knowledge of SQL databases. * Experience handling vision systems and software support. * \- English proficiency level B2\. * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Vocational Training in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
