Currently, for our office in Madrid, we are looking for a Junior Controller for Renewable Projects. **Mission** Develop, produce, and analyze relevant financial information for effective management control of the Business Unit (BU) under responsibility, formulate action plans and appropriate strategies, and act as liaison between management and the corresponding department. **Responsibilities** * Provide senior management with the necessary reporting tools and instruments for decision-making and sound business management, supporting them in achieving operational and strategic objectives. * Ensure the quality of information by actively participating in the preparation of management reports and indicators, designing and contributing to the creation of dashboards. * Financial modeling for the annual budget, medium-term plan, and monthly re-forecast. * Coordinate and control information and its systems for collection, distribution, and monitoring. Conduct recurring analysis of accounting, financial, and operational results of the business unit. * Measure, forecast, and prevent future deviations or crises. That is, analyze past strategies and decisions, monitor those currently underway, and formulate future ones. Propose action plans and corrective measures. * Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating corporate objectives into measurable parameters to accurately assess achieved results. Analyze management KPIs and economic-financial KFIs of the area. * Monitor the market to which the function applies and applicable regulations. * Accounting-financial management control (analytical accounting, cost control, variance analysis, etc.). * Monitor cash flow and profitability indicators (cash flow, net debt, ROCE, etc.). * Coordinate clear and fluid communication with management via reporting and dashboard creation. **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering with organizational specialization, or equivalent. * 1–3 years of experience as a Controller or in FP&A (Consulting/Auditing), with experience in the energy sector relevant to this position. * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and Office 365. * Specific software: SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc. * High level of English (C1). **Desirable Requirements** * An MBA and recognized certifications in management control—such as CCA—are highly valued. **Required Competencies for the Role** * Strategic vision. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork and leadership: This role demands the highest standards of leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams drawn from all areas of the organization. * Adaptability: Competencies to lead organizational change. * Initiative–Proactivity. * Commitment. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
