We are looking for a Technical Structural Engineer to join the Technical Office within the Engineering Directorate. The selected candidate will be responsible for technical advisory, design, and modeling of technical solutions for installation support in non-residential building, energy, and industrial projects. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Reporting directly to the Engineering Competence Center Manager, the selected candidate will perform the following duties, among others: * Providing technical advisory to customers (engineering firms, contractors), performing necessary designs and calculations to deliver tailored solutions based on their requirements. * Performing detailed engineering of Hilti installation support solutions: design and calculation, followed by preparation of comprehensive reports including calculation assumptions, calculations, drawings, and material lists. * Responding to internal and/or external inquiries regarding design and application of Hilti technical solutions. * Delivering internal and external training on Hilti technical solutions for installation support. * Collaborative work under BIM methodology. * Modeling mock-ups of calculated solutions. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED? * Minimum: Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical) or Building Engineering. * At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role (Structural Calculation for Installation Support). * Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and REVIT usage. * Advanced proficiency in Navisworks. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Advanced proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
