We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-style culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **Python Development Engineer – Generative AI** Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop end\-to\-end Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions using Python, from conception through production deployment. * Implement LLM-based architectures, integrating frameworks such as Langchain and Langgraph. * Build RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) solutions, vectorization strategies, and orchestration of intelligent agents. * Integrate and manage multiple foundational models (OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, Vertex, or others). * Define and implement monitoring and performance evaluation strategies for Generative AI solutions (accuracy, traceability, response quality, usage metrics). * Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques and establish guardrails to ensure safety, robustness, and model alignment. ### **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 4\+ years of Python development experience. * 2\+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects. * Proven experience in end\-to\-end development of Generative AI solutions deployed in production (minimum advanced PoCs). * Experience with frameworks such as Langchain and/or Langgraph. * Experience working with multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, Vertex, or others). * Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or others) applied to Generative AI solutions. * Solid knowledge of RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering. * Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving generative models. * Intermediate\-advanced English level (technical reading and documentation). **Desirable:** * Experience with serverless or microservices architectures. * Knowledge of MLOps applied to generative models. * Experience with automated LLM evaluation tools. * Cloud certifications (AWS or GCP). * Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). ### **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Flexible work mode and possibility of remote work. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs \#LI\-MM4
