**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Process Improvement Engineer** to join the Operations area at our Cisterna di Latina plant, with a focus on analyzing and optimizing production and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze production process performance and identify improvement opportunities in terms of efficiency, quality, and productivity.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* Monitor and measure key process and machine performance parameters, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas requiring intervention.
* Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize production lines.
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to improving machine components, automation, software, and operational processes.
* Apply structured problem-solving methodologies for root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions.
* Support process standardization and dissemination of operational best practices.
* Use statistical tools for data analysis and evaluation of improvement actions' effectiveness.
**Qualifications****Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
* Experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or industrial sectors.
* Solid knowledge of continuous improvement and process analysis methodologies.
* **Lean Six Sigma Green Belt** certification, with hands-on experience on real corporate projects (not exclusively academic or university-based).
* Ability to collect, process, and interpret process data to support operational decision-making.
* Experience using problem-solving tools such as:
+ Ishikawa diagram
+ 5 Whys method
+ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
+ FMEA (preferred)
* Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as **Minitab** or equivalent tools.
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage cross-functional projects.
