Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader with experience in Java 11 and Spring Boot, capable of managing teams, defining technical solutions, and supervising microservices-based architectures, ensuring code quality and security. The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** * Solid experience with Java 11 and Spring Boot. * Experience with hexagonal architecture, microservices, and design patterns. * Experience designing and defining REST API and Event-Driven contracts. * Experience designing synchronous and asynchronous communication flows. * Definition of resilience, scalability, and observability strategies. * Experience with CI/CD. * Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. * Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis. * Experience with quality tools (Sonar, Snyk) and Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience in team management and technical leadership. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Technical leadership and team management (approx. 10 members), ensuring best practices and code quality. * Backend application analysis and development (Java 11\+ and Spring). * Requirements gathering and definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Project management using Agile Scrum methodology, including estimation and planning. * Supervision of microservices-based and hexagonal architectures. * Implementation of REST / API REST and Avro contracts, integration with messaging (JMS, MQTT), and TCP/IP protocols. * Use of Sonar and Snyk to ensure code quality and security. * Coordination of testing. * Repository and CI/CD management using GitHub, Docker, AKS, Kubernetes with Azure Arc. * Data administration in Azure Cosmos DB and optimization with Redis. * Monitoring and observability using Grafana and Application Insights. * Use of tools such as Jira for task management and tracking. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model**.
