Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior / Mid DevOps engineer to implement, optimize, and maintain Cloud Native environments, manage CI/CD pipelines, and configure observability tools. We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Semi-Senior / Mid DevOps!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, optimize, and maintain Cloud Native environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. * Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins. * Design, deploy, and administer container-based solutions. * Configure and maintain observability tools, ensuring comprehensive monitoring via Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana. * Collaborate with development and architecture teams to define DevOps best practices. * Participate in continuous process improvement, automation, and technical standards enhancement. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps roles (Semi-Senior level). * Solid knowledge of Cloud Native practices and container management. * Experience applying observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana. * Proficiency with GitHub or GitLab and hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines. * Knowledge of quality and security tools such as Kiuwan. **Desirable:** * Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms. * Certifications in DevOps or Cloud. * Experience in high-availability environments or digital transformation projects. * Advanced automation and Infrastructure-as-Code expertise. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable, technically demanding projects. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-MO1
