The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience in: * Javascript ES6 * React \+ Redux * HTML5\+CSS3 * Unit testing * Web applications with RESTful interfaces * Clean Code principles and SOLID principles * Testing fundamentals * Git * Cypress **What would your responsibilities be?** * Managing architectures based on SHELL \+ Microfrontends * Knowledge of scalable architectures and product-oriented architectures * Ensuring — by example — that the team adheres to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Ensuring — by example — that the team complies with software engineering standards and best practices (not only design patterns but also load testing, security, etc.) * Driving Inditex’s technology stack from your domain to address gaps and modernize it — always in collaboration with the architect * Leading the definition of the product’s APIs * Actively contributing to the product’s codebase, either by writing code or reviewing Pull Requests * Establishing and overseeing guidelines and best practices for external teams contributing to the team’s artifacts * Responsible for designing the technical solution for the service * Leading the creation and maintenance of the product’s technical documentation * Leading the team through a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement * Participating in developer recruitment processes * Conducting technical onboarding for new developers joining the team * Mentoring team members across all aspects of software engineering * Responsible for the health of services in production environments * Helping and training the team to remove technical impediments (shared with the DM/EM) * Promoting and adopting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices within the team * Ensuring the team has a robust QA strategy * Collaborating with the PO to define impact and effort estimates for product increments and projects * Owning the Technical Roadmap * Actively collaborating on cross-team technical decisions * Ensuring delivery matches the intended behavior * Effectively exercising and complementing the defined testing policy * Supervising and guaranteeing the quality of the team’s outputs * Maximizing the effectiveness of engineering testing practices And with us, you can enjoy: Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications — check our calendar here: https://www.knowmadmood.com/es/talento/formacion Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation, childcare vouchers, meal vouchers) Become a brand ambassador through our friend referral program Refer your friends and earn a bonus!
