Facilities Maintenance Engineer **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, requires a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for the central area of Madrid. The candidate will, together with the facility’s maintenance manager, be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the client’s PCI, electrical, and control installations. Main responsibilities include: * Planning and scheduling work: carrying out annual/semi-annual planning, detailed (bi-weekly and weekly) maintenance scheduling, monitoring execution and quality, and submitting weekly progress reports to the client. * Preparing staff rosters and organizing specialized teams; verifying and supervising proper execution of tasks; reviewing work orders/reports and/or their possible rescheduling; supervising compliance with safety regulations; investigating errors, etc. * Preparing reports and protocols. * Updating documentation (references and documents) regarding applicable regulations for the client’s installations and equipment.
