Position Summary: We are seeking a Radio Systems Engineer / Technical Lead to lead the development of advanced tactical communications solutions, serving as the technical reference and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a **Radio Systems Engineer / Technical Lead** to lead the development of the **AI-WASP Radio System**, acting as the **system's technical reference and primary point of contact with the international consortium**. The selected candidate will lead the **engineering team**, participating in **system architecture definition, requirements specification, and system development**, within environments of **advanced military communications**.
