Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by hiring an **IT Analyst** to join one of our most important clients in the Public Sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** An expert in analysis, design, and development of solutions, with a focus on user communication and support. Key responsibilities—among others and without limitation—include: * Gathering requirements, identifying business needs, and defining functional solution proposals aligned with business needs. * Preliminary analysis of requirements and preparation of functional specifications. * Analysis, design, planning, and participation in the development and implementation of product- or project-based solutions. * Ensuring and controlling the quality of the developed product. * Diagnosing and resolving issues and incidents in existing analytical tools. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 6 years’ experience in software solution analysis, design, or development. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing analyst functions. * Experience in functional analysis and definition of technical specifications. * Experience in at least one of the following technological areas: Java / J2EE application development, Frontend technologies (Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap), .NET development, Hybrid mobile applications, Search or web analytics platforms. * Experience participating in web or mobile application development projects. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Where would we like you to be located for this position?** This role will be based at the client’s offices located at Calle Alcalá 48, Madrid, with an on-site work modality and the possibility of remote work. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours, including an intensive schedule during summer months. * Flexible compensation package allowing you to choose medical insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, or transportation vouchers. * Free English classes to improve or reinforce your current level. * Access to an extensive benefits portal where you can purchase products and services across various sectors (flights, hotels, fashion, technology, home goods, etc.) at advantageous rates as an Izertis employee. * 22 working days of vacation per year, your birthday off, and December 24th and 31st as holidays. **About Izertis** At Izertis, we drive digital transformation for companies, organizations, and individuals through tailored, innovative, and impactful technological solutions.
