This company operates as a **regular subcontractor for major energy sector firms**, participating in electrical infrastructure projects, industrial installations, and associated civil works. Due to growth in its activity in the **Community of Madrid**, the company wishes to strengthen its **Technical Department**, hiring a Site Technician to participate in the preparation, analysis, and technical-economic development of projects and tenders. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Technical and economic study and analysis of **civil works and installation projects and tenders**. * Preparation of **budgets and quantity take-offs**. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing **supplier and subcontractor quotations**. * Preparing **technical and economic documentation** for public and private tenders. * Analyzing **direct and indirect costs**, and optimizing construction solutions. * Providing technical support to the production department during the initial project execution phase. * Preparing a **preliminary execution schedule** and conducting project risk analysis. * Collaborating with the **procurement, production, and technical office departments**. Requirements * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent**. * Minimum of **2\-3 years’ experience in a studies department or as a site technician**. * Proficiency in **quantity take-off and budgeting software (e.g., Presto or similar)**. * Knowledge of **drawing interpretation and construction solutions**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and office productivity tools**. * Analytical, organized profile with strong teamwork skills.
