* MUNDO ACTIVO EVENTOS S.L. * Segovia * ### **Experience** At least 1 year of experience * ### **Salary** Between €17,000 and €19,000 Gross/annual * ### **Area \- Position** **Customer Service** + Promoter * ### **Category or Level** Employee * ### **Vacancies** 1 * ### **Applicants** 0 * ### **Contract** Permanent Contract * ### **Working Hours** Intensive Schedule Offer duration: until 18/08/2026\. ### **Responsibilities** You will work side-by-side with the production team, participating in all phases of an event: • Commercial management support and client follow-up. • Preparation and submission of quotations. • Event coordination and production. • Liaison with suppliers and logistical coordination. • Support during setup and teardown. • On-site event supervision and resolution of incidents. • Event presentation and facilitation when required. • Administrative and organizational tasks using office tools. ### **Requirements** Mandatory requirements • Advanced level of English (mandatory). • Valid driver's license. • Confidence and skill while driving (driving is part of the job). • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Availability to work some weekends and flexible hours when event production demands it.
