Occasional on-call duties We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid). Main responsibilities include billing management and accounting support. A vocational training qualification in the administrative field and strong Excel skills are required. A minimum of six months’ prior experience in a similar role is essential. An indefinite full-time contract is offered. Working hours are flexible: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 8:30 to 14:30\. Occasionally, one out of every five Fridays will extend working hours until 18:30 due to on-call duties. Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
