We are currently strengthening our team and seeking to onboard a **Technical Leader Simulation**, where you will contribute to conceiving, developing, and implementing discrete-event simulation models—used as tools to enhance operations. **Minimum Requirements:** * At least 2 years of experience in industrial operations: automation, analysis, and/or process improvement. * At least 3 years of experience in industrial process simulation using discrete-event simulation tools, specifically **Siemens** ***Plant Simulation*****.** * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences, demonstrating solid knowledge of manufacturing and production systems. * Minimum English level B2, with particularly strong spoken English skills for client meetings. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other simulation software (*AnyLogic*, *Simio*, *FlexSim*, *Simulink*, *Simul8*, *Witness*, *Plant Simulation*) * Programming in languages such as C\#, VBA, R, or Python * Knowledge of industrial information systems (MES, ERP, etc.) * Experience managing simulation projects and interacting with clients A disability certificate will be positively considered within the framework of our inclusion and diversity policy.
