Capgemini Engineering’s **Digital Continuity \& Manufacturing (DC\&M)** team specializes in providing strategic solutions for the digitalization of engineering and industrial processes, ensuring digital continuity throughout the entire product lifecycle—from design to maintenance. We are currently strengthening our team and seeking to onboard a **Technical Leader Simulation**, where you will contribute to conceiving, developing, and implementing discrete-event simulation models—used as tools to enhance operations. **Minimum Requirements:** * At least 2 years of experience in industrial operations: automation, analysis, and/or process improvement. * At least 3 years of experience in industrial process simulation using discrete-event simulation tools, specifically **Siemens** ***Plant Simulation*****.** * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences, demonstrating solid knowledge of manufacturing and production systems. * Minimum English level B2, with particularly strong spoken English skills for client meetings. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other simulation software (*AnyLogic*, *Simio*, *FlexSim*, *Simulink*, *Simul8*, *Witness*, *Plant Simulation*) * Programming in languages such as C\#, VBA, R, or Python * Knowledge of industrial information systems (MES, ERP, etc.) * Experience managing simulation projects and interacting with clients A disability certificate will be positively considered within the framework of our inclusion and diversity policy.
