We are looking for a person to take responsibility for shifts at a supermarket in Medina de Pomar (Burgos). If you are interested in retail and team management, this is an opportunity within a new project that offers stability. As a shift manager, you will be part of the store's management team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will act as a leader for the team during your shift, guaranteeing excellent customer service, proper execution of operational processes, and achievement of established goals. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising the team (cashiers, restocking, fresh products), ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, resolving operational issues, and assisting with customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for properly opening or closing the store according to your assigned shift, and collaborating with the management team on work organization and continuous improvement. We are seeking someone with experience in retail, large-scale distribution, or logistics, preferably with prior experience in leadership roles. Strong leadership skills, customer orientation, and organizational ability are essential. Flexibility in working hours and availability to relocate during the training phase are required. Education in Commerce, Logistics, Retail, or related fields is valued, as well as commitment and enthusiasm for being part of a new project.
