Work environment close to the Mayor's Office On-Site Support Technician **Location:** Santander, Cantabria **Work Mode:** On-site at municipal facilities **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term / as per applicable collective agreement **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, office hours Job Description We are seeking an On-Site Support Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on core hardware and software, providing priority support to VIP users such as the Mayor's Office and members of the municipal council. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical incidents at municipal facilities, physically managing network components and peripherals, and maintaining an up-to-date technological inventory. Requirements **Education:** Formal qualification in Information Technology. **Experience:** 2 years in ICT. 1 year in support roles similar to this position. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Windows environments and Office productivity tools. Experience in physical hardware and peripheral maintenance. Use of ticketing systems and incident management. **Personal Skills:** Excellent user support skills. Organizational ability and technical competence for end-user support. **Languages:** Spanish (fluent). Desirable Qualifications ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
