At Grupo Babesten, we are seeking Caregivers to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals in our residential facilities and day centers. Your mission will be: * To provide users with basic and personal care necessary for carrying out Activities of Daily Living that they cannot perform independently, always aiming for their maximum well-being and quality of life, following guidelines established by the Interdisciplinary Team in Individualized Care Plans. * To assist and collaborate with the professional team by performing elementary tasks that complement their specialized services, in order to promote the highest degree of personal autonomy for users and their integration into social and family life. Your responsibilities will include: Regarding center organization: * Provide care according to established standards and care planning at all levels of service. * Perform personal hygiene and comfort activities based on the user's condition, in accordance with established work plans. * According to the residence's functional plan, clean and maintain the user's personal items, make beds, collect laundry, take it to the laundry facility, and assist in maintaining bedrooms. * Be responsible for receiving and distributing meals to users. * Report any health-related incidents concerning users using the established reporting format and inform your coordinator or shift supervisor accordingly. * Clean and prepare furniture, materials, and first aid kit equipment. * Maintain strict confidentiality regarding users' medical conditions and matters related to their privacy. * Prepare users for medical appointments outside the center, following guidelines established by the medical and nursing departments. * Administer medications assigned to you under the supervision of nursing staff. * Record information generated through your activities in the formats and/or tools specified by the Center's Management and included in the Quality Manual. * In general, perform any other duties not specifically mentioned above but related to your professional scope and technical training, as assigned and relevant to the functions described previously. Regarding the individuals served: * Perform personal hygiene care for users. * Feed those users who cannot eat independently. * Accompany users during outings, walks, errands, excursions, recreational activities, and leisure time in general. * Perform posture changes and other auxiliary services as assigned, consistent with your technical training. Regarding center staff: * As a subordinate member supporting care assistants and nurses, collaborate with them in all assigned tasks to ensure the best possible care for users and their families. * Act in coordination with and under the responsibility of professionals to whom you report directly. * Collaborate with the professional team by performing basic tasks that complement their specialized services, in order to support users' personal autonomy and social integration. In all interactions and activities with users, strive to complement the healthcare, educational, and developmental support provided by the respective professionals. Minimum experience: Not required Minimum requirements: * Intermediate Technical Degree in Nursing Auxiliary Care * Technician in Socio-Healthcare for Social Institutions * Professional Certification
