




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant specialized in exports to comprehensively manage and coordinate administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations. Support in preparing budgets and commercial proposals We require a person for the position of administrative assistant specialized in exports to join a ferrous metallurgy company located in El Astillero. Main responsibilities will include comprehensive management and coordination of all administrative procedures required for product exports, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, current regulations, and possession of all relevant documentation. Tasks include managing essential documents for export operations, such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and certificates of origin. The role also involves coordinating with transportation companies, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, tracking international orders, and maintaining continuous communication with customers and suppliers. Additionally, the candidate will supervise and organize administrative documentation related to exports and provide support in preparing budgets and commercial proposals for overseas markets. The selected candidate will initially be hired through a temporary employment agency, with an estimated duration of three to six months, and there is a high probability of permanent integration into the company’s workforce. Remuneration will follow the metal industry collective agreement, under the category of Administrative Assistant, with an annual gross salary of 22\.480,76 €. Working hours will be from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 13:00\. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Higher vocational training degree in Administration, International Trade, or similar field. * Minimum experience as an administrative assistant. * Knowledge of additional languages is valued. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Availability to start immediately.
