Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect with experience to manage construction projects comprehensively, including economic control, scheduling, and communication, with responsibility and leadership. Project management from award to handover. o Economic control of the project. o Tender requests, comparative analysis, and awarding. o Development and monthly updates of project schedules. o Economic and contractual management via the REMO platform. Minimum 4 years of experience is mandatory, along with commitment, responsibility, strong communication skills, and leadership. Knowledge of `Passive House` is preferred.
