Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel for facility maintenance with training in Electricity, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing, responsible for comprehensive maintenance of various systems. Opportunity for professional development in specialized maintenance. We require maintenance personnel for facilities in Bilbao, with training in Electricity, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing. Candidates must hold a certification for working at heights, operate elevated work platforms, possess RITE certification, and have training in high- and low-voltage systems. Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), quality, and environmental management is considered an advantage. Responsibilities include maintenance of thermal installations, boilers, diesel and gas systems, power distribution panels, and standalone equipment. The role also covers maintenance of domestic hot water (DHW) storage tanks, electronic systems, security systems, and door access control systems. Additionally, the candidate will perform electrical maintenance from the transformer substation to the low-voltage panel, fire suppression systems, scanners, arc detectors, and water treatment units (including cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs), as well as HVAC systems. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an indefinite-term contract.
