We take pride in collaborating with leading companies to address climate change. **Join our team and be part of this change!** We are currently seeking a **Civil Supervisor** to join the construction team for the **biomass plant construction project at the industrial complex in Torrelavega (Santander)**, responsible for monitoring and controlling earthwork and civil construction activities. **Location:** Torrelavega (Santander) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities:** Be responsible for monitoring earthwork and civil construction activities at the plant, coordinating with the rest of the supervision team and reporting directly to the civil superintendent. Supervise earthmoving and civil works during on-site execution, under the direction of the civil superintendent. Study and understand the technical and contractual scope of the activities assigned by the civil superintendent. Report all technical issues related to your specialty to the site technical office manager. Monitor and verify civil construction work, ensuring it is carried out in accordance with approved construction documentation, using specified materials and qualified labor, while respecting scheduled construction timelines. Ensure that subcontractors have the necessary materials, labor, and equipment on site to carry out planned construction activities. Provide the superintendent with necessary information regarding the amount of civil work completed and pending in your area of expertise. Complete daily production reports applicable to the work performed during the shift. Verify, with the support of surveying, the layout of platforms and excavations, ensuring they are at the elevations indicated in the plans. Verify that backfilling is carried out using appropriate materials as specified in the plans and technical specifications. Ensure accurate layout of general and specific reference axes, as well as elevation levels. Ensure correct positioning of reinforcement, particularly anchor bolts and embedment boxes, signing a concrete pour authorization that confirms all the above conditions have been met. Monitor all concrete pouring activities at the plant. Order the preparation of concrete test samples, compaction tests, and any other required quality control checks to ensure proper execution quality. **Requirements:** 5 years of experience in civil works execution on similar projects / relevant experience in industrial construction considered advantageous. Knowledge of earthworks, foundation execution, underground networks, and urban development. Relevant vocational training (Building, Civil Works, Construction Project Management and Control, etc.) and/or a degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
