We are looking for a person to handle administration in Bilbao within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities will include managing insurance and organizing appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The person will also be in charge of making phone calls, drafting necessary reports for daily operations, and answering any incoming phone inquiries. These are the main tasks, although other related duties may arise. This is a part-time position with 25 working hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday mornings, approximately between 09:00 and 14:00, including corresponding legal breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * Vocational training in administration (GM/GS) is desirable.
