What you’ll be doing** In your day\-to\-day as a Financial Analyst, you will: * Lead the **annual budgeting process** and **monthly variance analysis**. * Build and maintain **advanced financial models** to support strategic decision\-making * Develop **forecasts and scenario analyses (“what if”)** to support Shakers’ international expansion. * Prepare **clear and actionable financial reporting** for management and the CEO. * Analyze **profitability by client, market, and product**, providing improvement recommendations. * Collaborate with the **Accounting and Billing teams** to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data. * Support **external audits, due diligence processes, and grant applications**. * Contribute to **finance projects** arising from Shakers’ growth and international scaling. ### **3\. What we’re looking for** You’re a great fit if you: * Have **2–4 years of experience** in FP\&A, budgeting, and financial modeling, ideally within **startups or scaleups**. * Hold a **degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics**, or a related field. * Have **strong knowledge of accounting and taxation**, and can translate numbers into strategic insights. * Are highly proficient in **Excel/Google Sheets** (advanced formulas, scenarios, modeling). * Have experience with **BI tools** (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) – a plus. * Are fluent in **English**, both spoken and written. * Are **analytical, autonomous, and proactive**, with a **business partner mindset**. * Are **interested in the startup ecosystem** and thrive in **dynamic, fast\-paced environments**. ### **4\.
