Welcome them and conduct the Welcome Tour. Coordinate and manage daily schedules and activities, ensuring a holistic, personalized experience aligned with our standards. Address questions and provide guidance regarding booked treatments and services. Offer daily follow-ups and collect feedback to continuously improve the guest experience. **Education/Qualifications:** Essential: Higher education degree and/or Master’s degree in Customer Experience. **High proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, and English.** Desirable: Scheduling management knowledge, experience in customer-facing or telephone-based roles, commercial skills. Additional language beyond those listed above. **Experience:** Essential: Proven minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role involving customer service and health service consultation within a clinical or comparable setting. Desirable: International experience in luxury establishments.
