**Description:** As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end payroll process and for addressing and resolving employee inquiries for analysis, always in compliance with current legislation and defined corporate objectives. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison with various official agencies to facilitate labor-related procedures. **Key details:** * Working hours: 39 * Location: Alicante **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Manage the full payroll process, including payroll calculation and review, back-payments, and corrective payrolls * Process benefits and incapacity claims with official agencies, and manage medical leaves, unpaid leaves, and permits * Monitor and manage absences via our intranet * Administer the flexible compensation system * Calculate taxes such as Social Security and Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and perform IRPF withholding calculations * Prepare settlement agreements and severance payments * Manage social security contributions and insurance, ensuring correct processing * Act as liaison with official agencies to facilitate labor-related procedures * Advise store managers on labor-related matters * Participate in internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources * Advanced Excel skills * English level B2 * Minimum 3 years of experience **What can we offer you?** * Annual bonus based on performance * Flexible working hours * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.) * Employee discount * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment (JD Group) * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills * On-site sports facilities **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have become the destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear.
