




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the cleaning service, managing teams and ensuring quality and compliance with protocols in a hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with other hotel departments We are looking for a candidate with experience managing housekeeping teams to lead the cleaning service at a superior four-star hotel in Benidorm (Alicante). Responsibilities include assigning and supervising daily team tasks, ensuring quality and protocol compliance. The role also involves training new staff, preparing work schedules based on occupancy levels, inventory and supply control, incident resolution, and coordination with other hotel departments. A permanent discontinuous contract is offered, full-time with an intensive morning shift schedule: five working days and two days off per week according to the schedule. Gross monthly salary: 2\.118 euros. You will join a stable project within a leading company in the sector, with opportunities for professional development. Previous experience in similar roles (housekeeping supervisor, assistant supervisor, or housekeeping manager), ability to manage floor attendant teams, results- and customer-oriented mindset, and formal training in housekeeping management (desirable) are required.
