VIVOOD Landscape Hotels is Spain's first landscape hotel, born with the purpose of establishing a new hotel concept where true luxury lies in escapism, connection with nature, calmness, and relaxation. We are continuously seeking young talents eager to learn and innovate while gaining hands-on experience working with us. To this end, we offer internships in the reservations/revenue or guest experience departments. \- Reservations/Revenue Responsibilities: * Daily monitoring of sales and room availability. * Demand management and control according to guest type (groups, individual, segment, etc.). * Management of sales channels and communication channels such as telephone, email, etc. * Competitive analysis and price optimization. Update and review rates daily, ensure awareness of actual occupancy, and prepare reports to set market-based pricing. * Review and management of reservations, gift vouchers, and other sales sources. * Quotations and promotions. **Development of commercial skills and sales competencies.** \- Guest Experience Responsibilities: * You will serve as the primary host for guests throughout their entire journey. Your presence will extend beyond visible hotel areas (reception, restaurant, and spa) to include close monitoring of every stage of their stay—even before arrival and after departure. * Direct communication with guests throughout the entire process, including personalized follow-up calls, handling special requests, and managing multiple communication channels to consistently exceed expectations. * You will learn how to manage guest complaints and incidents effectively. You will coordinate with the team to assist guests, especially during critical moments offering the greatest learning opportunities. * You will manage guest feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction. * Guest check-in and check-out procedures both upon arrival and departure, with deep focus on reception processes, check-in, check-out, billing, etc. Join an innovative company with a young, dynamic, and continuously growing team. * In addition to practical experience, we offer a benefits package including:\- Free accommodation throughout the internship period, in a shared house with other students. * \- Meals provided during work hours.\- Monthly financial allowance of €400 and Social Security registration.\- Customized personal project design, creation, and participation.\- Round-trip transportation from airport or train station if required.
