This includes starting up machines, monitoring their operation, changing molds, adjusting parameters, and verifying product quality according to specifications. It also entails continuous quality control using technical data sheets and maintaining order and cleanliness on the production floor. The goal is to minimize unplanned stoppages and ensure operational continuity. A minimum of three years' experience with plastic injection machinery is required. A forklift operator's license and overhead crane certification are valued, as is vocational training in mechanical or electromechanical engineering. Candidates must be organized, methodical, capable of teamwork, hold a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and demonstrate a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Working conditions include full-time employment with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Indefinite-term contract with immediate incorporation. Annual gross salary commensurate with experience. The work environment is a dynamic, production-oriented company in the plastics sector. Minimum 3 years' experience with plastic injection machinery.
