We are seeking a candidate for the position of **Interior Designer**, whose main responsibilities would include: * Creating design proposals for new residential and commercial interiors, aligned with brand identity. * Integrating architectural and technical elements into designs. * Identifying and proposing innovative trends and finishes to enrich the company’s catalog. Ensuring selected materials are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. * Negotiating and selecting external contractors and collaborators to optimize budget efficiency. * Supervising contractors and external collaborators, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Tracking the product lifecycle for web publication. * Preparing floor plans, renders, and presentations to visualize projects. * Leading interior design and construction projects from conception through completion. * Conducting periodic inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, maintaining project quality and efficiency. * Coordinating resources and teams involved in projects, optimizing processes and ensuring satisfactory outcomes. * Collaborating and providing aesthetic and functional advice for residential, hospitality, and contract/B2B channel projects.
