Job Summary: Cleaning staff are required for buildings, offices, and common areas, performing cleaning tasks for floors, ceilings, walls, and furniture, with autonomy and teamwork capabilities. Key Points: 1. Cleaning of buildings, offices, premises, and common areas. 2. Operation of manual or electric cleaning tools. 3. Autonomy and ability to work in a team are valued. Staff are required for cleaning tasks in Alicante/Alacant. A certificate of Primary Education (EGB) or Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) is preferred, along with prior experience in cleaning buildings, offices, premises, and common areas, as well as knowledge of chemical products, basic occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental awareness. Having a personal vehicle is considered an advantage, as is experience in window and carpet cleaning. Main responsibilities include cleaning floors, ceilings, walls, and furniture using manual or electric tools, as well as window cleaning. Candidates should demonstrate autonomy in their work and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The working schedule is part-time, Monday to Friday, from 13:30 to 21:00, with a temporary contract.
