Job Offer – Cook **Hotel Bonalba Resort – Mutxamel (Alicante)** At Hotel Bonalba Resort, a 4-star superior hotel located in Mutxamel, we are seeking to hire a **Cook** to join our kitchen team. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and presentation of dishes according to the hotel’s quality standards. * Preparation and organization of mise en place. * Monitoring of raw materials and proper food storage. * Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Collaboration with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen and all work areas. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a cook, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or buffet services. * Formal training in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy (an advantage). * Food Handling Certificate. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, proactive individual with a strong focus on quality.
