Job Summary: We are seeking a Library Systems Technician to technically manage the library system and ensure interoperability, automation, and updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical management of the library system (Alma) 2. Task automation and updating of user manuals 3. Position requiring a high level of English proficiency and proactivity We are looking for a Library Systems Technician with advanced English proficiency for a position in Alicante. Key responsibilities include technical management of the library system, working with Alma for user workflows, acquisitions, loans, cataloging, administration, Alma Analytics, and interoperability with Primo. The role also involves system updates, implementation of enhancements, task automation, and updating the user manual. A full-time temporary contract is offered, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (one hour for lunch), with a monthly gross salary of 2\.080 euros. Required qualifications: Degree in Information and Documentation; at least one year of experience with library systems (especially Alma); proficiency in Office, Windows, and Outlook; C1 level English; customer orientation; organizational skills; initiative; and proactivity. Knowledge of Exlibris products or similar systems is considered an advantage.
