Job Summary: Lead and coordinate the full scope of warehouse logistics operations, supervising processes, managing incidents, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the supply chain. Lead and coordinate full warehouse logistics operations in Aldeamayor de San Martín, ensuring optimal performance from goods receipt through to dispatch of materials and products. Supervise daily processes to prevent bottlenecks, optimize space and human resources utilization, and guarantee accuracy in meeting established deadlines. Monitor orders, manage incidents, returns, and claims promptly. Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Maintenance departments to align logistics with plant requirements. Conduct detailed tracking via ERP systems, contributing to continuous improvement and control of inventory and logistics costs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations, promoting a safe working culture. Drive process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives. Manage a team of 15–20 people across different shifts, requiring leadership and communication skills to sustain operational efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics and warehousing within an industrial setting is required. Proven experience in team management and logistics operations is essential. Proficiency in office software and ERP systems such as SAP or Navision is required. Candidates must be results-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical capabilities. Communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to change are highly valued.
