Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanic/Adjuster for the maintenance and repair of railway rolling stock at COMSA Corporación, an international group with 130 years of experience. Key Highlights: 1. At GMF Railway Maintenance Services, part of the COMSA Group, we specialize in the maintenance of railway rolling stock, manufacturing and marketing replacement parts, and designing new equipment. With over 50 years of experience, our organization delivers comprehensive services combining efficiency and quality criteria, under optimal safety conditions, in state-of-the-art facilities and at competitive costs. We are currently looking to hire a MECHANIC/ADJUSTER. Your Responsibilities: * Perform mechanical, electrical, or electronic maintenance and repairs on railway rolling stock according to customer plans, meeting deadlines and quality standards. * Optimize the use of appropriate equipment, materials, and techniques for each task. * Estimate, select, and manage materials required to repair or replace defective components. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) and railway safety regulations by using personal protective equipment and applying received training. * Inspect, measure, and record results to guarantee effective and high-quality work. * Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to correctly execute tasks. Requirements: * Vocational training (medium-level) in electromechanics or related fields. * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve failures. * Familiarity with technical symbols and ability to interpret technical schematics. * Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license is mandatory.
