The main function is to provide administrative and operational support to various areas, ensuring follow-up of internal processes and efficient management of information and sales. Constant use of computer systems, documentation, and coordination with other departments is required, along with attention to detail and teamwork capability. **Main responsibilities include:** managing and controlling administrative documentation for the operations area; entering, updating, and utilizing data in internal systems; preparing and maintaining Excel reports and tracking dashboards; archiving and verifying information according to procedures; supporting administrative coordination of operational processes; handling telephone calls; and managing websites and online sales platforms. Intensive morning shift. Contract terms to be agreed upon; remuneration according to collective agreement. Immediate availability is required, as well as residence at the workplace, valid driver's license category B, and personal vehicle.
