




Job Summary: We are seeking a System Integration Project Manager to lead the development and industrialization of projects with a multidisciplinary team, focused on excellence and customer orientation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and industrialization of multidisciplinary projects 2. Manage projects from feasibility analysis to market introduction 3. Develop innovative electrical and mechanical solutions Who We Are Our two production centers located in Móstoles (Madrid) and Andoaín (Guipúzcoa) are specialized in elevators for the residential sector. We focus our efforts on providing elevator solutions adapted to market demands. From our factory, we supply products worldwide. Our focus is customer orientation and our goal is excellence. The Product Development Center (PDC) \- Móstoles leads the development of SMP low\-rise system and its main components. We support the Manufacturing centers in Europe Africa and we strive to provide the most competitive products. The new System Integration Project Manager will lead the development and industrialization of projects in a multidisciplinary team. With the aim to meet, on time, on scope and on budget, targets. **What We Expect** ----------------- Manage projects (from analyzing the feasibility of the original idea, up to preparing the introduction to the market of the solution) as leader of a multidisciplinary team. Drive the definition of innovative concepts and solutions and ensure they are realized within committed scope, time and budget. Responsible for the technical and commercial evaluation of solutions and for actively addressing deviations to the plan. Develop, with a project team, electrical and mechanical solutions that keep Company’s product up to date (new features, cost savings, maintenance projects are within the scope of the role). Manage project planning and execution with agile methods and with a pro\-active risk management process. Lead your project team consisting of team members from all involved functions based in the Madrid area, but interacting with colleagues from other TKE development centers around the world. Communicate status, risks and decision needs within your project to stakeholders on all levels of the organization up to senior management. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- **Education:** You successfully completed your study in mechanical or electrical engineering or in business administration with technical focus You have knowledge in project management methodology. PMP certificate is a nice to have **Professional Background**: You have been able to gain some experience (1\-3 years) in product development project management projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
