Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and facilities, lead teams, manage projects to optimize efficiency, and train personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of machinery and facility maintenance. 2. Leading teams and managing new installation projects. 3. Analyzing indicators and proposing improvements to optimize processes. * Analyze and ensure proper operation of machines and facilities by coordinating with the team to achieve maximum operational efficiency. * Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to identify potential deviations and ensure adherence to the planned schedule. * Coordinate the implementation and commissioning of new machinery or facility projects to understand system operation, required adjustments for startup, and train operators and maintenance technicians on proper usage and maintenance. * Coordinate maintenance interventions performed by external suppliers and supervise them to ensure timely, high-quality execution while optimizing costs. * Analyze assigned performance indicators and propose/implement improvement actions to enhance process and procedure efficiency. Higher Technical Vocational Training (facilities, machinery, etc.) or equivalent 1 year of experience in a similar position
