Main responsibilities * Performing massages and body and facial treatments. * Providing personalized customer attention and advice. * Managing reservations and the treatment schedule. * Receiving and welcoming spa customers. * Selling treatments and products. * Supervising the proper operation of facilities. * Preparing treatment rooms and restocking supplies. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in work areas. * Coordinating with the hotel reception and other departments.
