Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Foreman/Forewoman to coordinate forestry crews, machinery, and subcontractors, perform measurements, control work performance, and ensure safety on forestry projects. Ensuring safety and health on site Foreman/Forewoman \- Forestry Project (Ourense) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire a Foreman/Forewoman to support forestry construction works. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ourense Address: Ourense **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Management and coordination of forestry crews. * Management and coordination of forestry machinery. * Management and coordination of subcontractors. * Conducting measurements and performance control of the works. * Ensuring safety and health on site. * Generating reports and controlling daily work logs. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be justified by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in a specialty enabling performance of the job duties: Forestry Management and Exploitation, and Conservation of the Natural Environment. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of verifiable professional experience as a forestry foreman/forewoman ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Type B driving license, currently in force **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Geographic Information Systems (GIS) course of at least 60 hours * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course of at least 60 hours ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 1 year performing duties as a forestry foreman/forewoman in companies (verifiable employment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 7.5 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule The application period will remain open from today, 05/03/2026, until 10/03/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
