To continue being "Here for you," we are looking for a Raw Material Technician to join our Quality team. The role of Raw Material Technician is key to ensuring the raw material system is correctly implemented, supplier processes are effectively managed, and materials are validated according to defined standards. Main Responsibilities: * Manage raw material claims in accordance with Ontex regulations and guidelines. * Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers. * Record investigations and responses according to market requirements. * Identify root causes and analyze claim trends. * Plan and execute packaging validations. * Support quality investigations (QIS), CAPAs, and RCPS. * Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, production, quality, and sales. Profile Requirements * University degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational quality within a plant or commercial team. * Knowledge of products and production flow. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; statistical knowledge is a plus. * Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
