




Summary: We are seeking an Integration Support Technician to provide career guidance, design personalized plans, and support workers in situations of social exclusion. Highlights: 1. An Integration Support Technician is required to carry out career guidance tasks. An indefinite-term contract, full-time schedule (9–18h), and a gross monthly salary of €2,000 are offered. – Selection, onboarding, and integration of workers in situations of exclusion. – Diagnosis and design of personalized integration work plans. – Ongoing accompaniment, supervision, and evaluation. – Development of transition plans to the standard labor market. – Career guidance activities and information about the labor market. – Labor market prospecting and intermediation. – Advisory services for job analysis and candidate profile matching. – Referral to the standard labor market. – Monitoring of labor market integration placements. – Management and custody of data and documents related to the integration process. – Coordination with production technical staff, as applicable. * Minimum 2 years’ experience: At least two years of professional experience in support interventions (career guidance and labor market integration) targeting vulnerable groups. * Bachelor’s or engineering degree – Psychology * Bachelor’s or engineering degree – Pedagogy * Diploma or technical engineering degree – Social Education * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: – Leadership ability and communication skills. – Skills to train and support individuals. – Teamwork, organizational, planning, and results-oriented skills. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: €2000
