Job Summary: We are seeking 1 Grant and Projects Technician to develop, coordinate, and monitor the justification schedule and draft technical projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the development and monitoring of projects. 2. Promote continuous improvement of technical proposals. 3. Coordinate projects with technical management and other stakeholders. Traineeship contract for young people benefiting from the Youth Guarantee Program (JENP). We are seeking 1 Grant and Projects Technician. REQUIREMENTS: \*Registered at the SOC Employment Office as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO). \*Young person under 30 years of age. \*Registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary. \*Hold a university undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Administration, or equivalent, obtained within the last 3 years (or 5 years in case of disability). \*Participate in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the justification schedule for files. \*Draft technical projects. \*Promote continuous improvement of technical proposals by incorporating innovative elements. \*Coordinate with technical management and various agents and responsible parties necessary to monitor compliance with technical and administrative clauses, implement research projects, ensure adherence to deadlines, formats, and required documentation, and update applicable regulatory frameworks. \*Conduct online research on national and international projects or intervention models. \*Coordinate with the International Affairs Officer for drafting international technical projects. \*Participate in coordination meetings for preparing technical projects. \*Monitor outcomes of public procurement processes to incorporate improvements into technical proposals. \*Monitor project implementation using indicators and report results to Technical Management.
