Join an amazing team of strong\-performing thinkers and skilled professionals, collaborating with colleagues based in Spain and Switzerland. **How your day will look like:** * Operation, maintenance and continuous further development of our key applications * Responsibility for the full lifecycle of changes and user stories: end\-to\-end change management from requirements gathering through testing and user adoption to go live in the productive environment * Ensuring a largely disruption\-free production environment including incident and problem management * Planning and coordinating releases as well as installing updates and upgrades * Close collaboration with application managers, developers and data engineers to implement integrated solutions * Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and vendors, as well as conducting workshops and trainings to ensure successful feature adoption * Active contribution to the application strategy with a focus on scalability, security and business value * User and access management as well as support in license management **Your Profile:** * Solid experience in application management (around 5\+ years), ideally with senior\-level * Experience operating business critical applications and complex system landscapes * Strong understanding of end\-to\-end processes and a pronounced ownership mindset * High level of initiative and a strong hands\-on mentality with enjoyment in pragmatic execution * Courage to explore new approaches, test ideas quickly and learn from results, with a clear focus on effective solutions and sustainable quality * Technical affinity and willingness to implement configurations independently, for example in low code or no code environments or through platform customization * Structured, independent and solution\-oriented working style * Very good English skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
