




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and annual financial statements within a close-knit and dynamic team. A professional yet approachable working environment. At Ispas Accounting Firm, we are looking to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant to reinforce our team due to increased workload. Main Responsibilities: * Client accounting management and bookkeeping. * Invoicing and control of income and expenses. * Bank reconciliations. * Preparation and compilation of annual financial statements. * Monitoring of collections and payments. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of tax regulations. * Filing of tax forms (VAT, Personal Income Tax, etc.). * Handling and responding to requests from the Spanish Tax Agency. * Prior experience in accounting firms or advisory services. Requirements: * Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in accounting software. * Organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual.
