Job Description We are looking for an **AI & Machine Learning Engineer** to design, build, and operate machine learning and deep learning solutions that drive intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making within an internationally renowned organization in its field. You will oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle—including data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining—using modern orchestration tools, CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include... * R&D of AI-based workflows, algorithms, and solutions. * Working in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google) as well as on-premises environments. * Working with GPU-based backends and cloud platforms. * Installing and configuring AI and MLOps systems to ensure functionality. * Analyzing structural requirements for new software and applications. * Evaluating and analyzing complex AI solutions and collecting results. * Supervising and developing AI and MLOps processes. * Designing complex AI and MLOps pipelines and workflows. * Presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Improving and optimizing existing AI solutions. * Delivering AI solutions to clients or colleagues. * Enhancing performance through testing, troubleshooting, and integration of new components. * Defining and creating basic prototypes and demos for AI solutions and workflows. Requirements **What do we need?** * High level of English (B2/C1). * More than 5 years’ experience as a researcher or engineer in AI, NLP, and deep learning-related tasks. * More than 5 years’ experience in text classification, information extraction, sequence labeling, model selection, evaluation, and result analysis. * More than 3 years’ experience in multiclass and multitask classification; LLMs; dialogue/chatbot systems; Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); agent-based AI; adversarial architectures; online learning methodologies; model compression (pruning, quantization, distillation, etc.); AI models in production environments. * More than 3 years’ experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure); Python-based API and web service development; Python-based web application development; agile methodologies; containers and orchestration; cloud computing solutions. Technical Profile: * Advanced knowledge of the following technologies: Python, Bash, Git, SSH, and Linux terminal. * Advanced knowledge of one of the following deep learning backends: Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. * Advanced knowledge of one of the following AI model management solutions: NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, vLLM, or Ollama. * Knowledge of one of the following web application development frameworks: Dash, Flask, or Streamlit. * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps services for AI model/solution R&D and deployment—including machine learning (ML) and Copilot Studio. * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for R&D and production environments.
