Nurse for a care home

Description

We are seeking a nurse for a care home in Lena (Asturias). Responsibilities include providing nursing care to residents, performing wound dressings, conducting clinical assessments, and monitoring treatments. Additionally, coordinating care with direct-care staff to ensure alignment with prescribed guidelines and treatments, and collaborating with the health center, pharmacy, and other healthcare resources. Participating in the interdisciplinary team and contributing to continuous improvement of care quality. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing is required, along with active registration with the nursing association. Prior experience is not mandatory, although experience in elderly care is considered a positive asset. The position offers an indefinite substitute contract, full-time (38 hours per week). The rotating schedule includes morning shifts (07:00–15:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00–21:00), Monday through Friday, with no work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. The approximate gross annual salary is €32,965, with potential increases based on seniority (5% of base salary per triennium), as stipulated by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
