




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for customer management tasks, FUNDAE registrations, digital processing, and general office support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer management and FUNDAE registrations. 2. Processing training enrollments on digital platforms. 3. Administrative support and telephone assistance. We are looking for an administrative assistant to join a team in Tomelloso. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing registrations and participant follow-up with FUNDAE, as well as processing training enrollments on digital platforms. The role also involves handling telephone calls and emails, and organizing delivery notes. A Technical Qualification in Administrative Management is essential. Prior experience—albeit as brief as three months—in accounting or office administrative roles will be positively valued. Proficiency in computer tools such as email, messaging, and Microsoft Office is also appreciated, as is holding a Class B driving license. A temporary employment contract of three months’ duration is offered. Working hours are part-time, Monday through Friday, morning shift from 09:00 to 13:00.
