Dress to live, dress to last.* **Your mission** You’ll be the person who makes the store operate, inspire, and sell. Your leadership makes a difference in your team’s daily experience and in every customer’s journey through the door. **What you’ll do** * Lead and motivate your team, serving as a role model in attitude, product knowledge, and procedures. * Ensure exceptional customer service across your entire team—driving sales and building loyalty among every visitor. * Act as the point-of-sale strategist: developing scheduling strategies (team rosters for optimal productivity), product and visual strategies—in collaboration with your zone managers. * Support onboarding and training for new sales staff, helping them feel part of the project from day one. You may even become a trainer, assisting in onboarding other store managers joining the company. * Analyze store KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions that improve performance. * Manage stock operations. * Ensure the store space consistently reflects the Silbon identity: aesthetic care and flawless visual merchandising. * Handle daily operations with sound judgment, efficiency, and a positive spirit. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 1 year of experience leading a retail outlet in the fashion sector. * Leadership qualities that inspire your team to see themselves reflected in you. * Strong results orientation and analytical ability. * General tailoring knowledge (or genuine eagerness to learn it with us). * Customer focus is central to us.
