We seek a responsible, punctual person with a positive attitude and eagerness to work in a dynamic environment. It is essential to have excellent customer interaction skills, ability to work as part of a team, and composure during service—especially during peak hours. **Main Responsibilities** Preparation of classic and signature cocktails. Preparation of piscos, chilcanos, sours, and other drinks on the menu. Customer service at the bar and support for dining room service when required. Organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the bar area. Preparation of mise en place: fruits, juices, syrups, garnishes, and bartending tools. Basic stock control of beverages, spirits, and bar supplies. Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure an excellent customer experience. **Requirements** Previous experience as a bartender, cocktail maker, or bar server. Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques. Professional appearance and friendly customer interaction. Responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure during high-volume service periods. Availability to work lunch and dinner shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in high-volume restaurants or cocktail bars. Knowledge of Peruvian mixology or willingness to learn. Proficiency in tray handling and effective customer communication.
